We came across a blog post for FRUSHI, like SUSHI but made with fresh fruit instead of seafood and seaweed. What a great idea! I would never think to put fruit and rice together, but it’s a pretty presentation and the added yogurt dip makes for a great snack, appetizer or light meal.
Be sure to serve with reusable chopstick. Enjoy!

KitchenAid Cook for the Cure Silicone Spoon Spatula in pink. Shown here as part of a gift set with the peeler and whisk. Also under $10! This is the best spatula you will ever own for 3 reasons:
1. It can resist heat, so you can leave it in your pot or on your stove and it won’t melt.
2. The great design has a built-in rest for counters and is dishwasher safe
3. It gets the bowl clean!
The last ice cream scooper you will ever buy will be this sturdy pink one that users say gets right through fun frozen treats with ease. “Ice Cream Partay!!”
KitchenAid Cook for the Cure Silicone Baking Mats- set of 2 in PINK of course. These baking mats can go from oven to freezer and back to counter. Use them to line cookie sheets and never have food stick again -without adding spray or other non-stick items to your food. Next time you want to freeze and save food, you can freeze it on the mat, and when it’s frozen slide it into a freezer bag and it will fit in a tight spot in your freezer.
The Cook for the Cure line has many more products: a tea kettle, hand mixer and tabletop mixer, food chopper, aprons, knives, coffee grinder, toaster, heart-shaped silicone baking pan … you can learn more at Cookforthecure.com or roll over an image above for the Amazon.com info.
